Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies With Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used way less actually.)
Preheat oven to 375degrees. Beat eggs, water, butter, peanut butter and half of the dry cake mix until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix and chocolate chips. [I like to refrigerate my dough for an hour before baking.] Roll into balls and drop 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
(This recipe was in Tearsa's old ward's cookbook, on page 144 submitted by Laura McIntyre. These are my new favorite PB cookies because they are light and fluffy instead of greasy and heavy like lots of other recipes.)
Trying these right now...
