1 medium pkg mini-pretzels (or other round shape) - there will be extra
1 bag rolos (about 45 rolos)
Preheat oven to 200. Line cookie sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. Assign the kids to put about 40 unbroken pretzels on the pan so they don't touch. Then have them unwrap all the rolos (without eating too many!) and place one on the center of each pretzel.
Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is just a little bit melted where it touches the pretzel. It's hard to tell if they are melting or not because they keep their shape pretty well. It just needs to melt enough to stick to the pretzel. Remove from the oven and let harden in the fridge if you're in a hurry or else on the counter.
Makes about 40.
I saw this done too where you put a Hershey kiss on top and then when it comes out of the oven, add a colorful M&M to the top. Looks festive if you use holiday M&Ms- valentine, halloween, easter, christmas, etc.
