- 2-1/2 cups frozen blueberries
8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Had this with dinner tonight. Added a frozen banana and used a cup of low fat blueberry yogurt. Mmmm. (Tip- add a handful of raw spinach leaves and no one will ever see or taste it! Magic)
